Volunteers Needed for Egyptian and Constable Exhibitions 2016

Salisbury Museum is in need of more Engagement Volunteers for two exciting exhibitions coming up:
Writing for Eternity: Decoding Ancient Egypt (21 May – 3 September 2016) and
Constable in Context (17 September 2016 – 25 March 2017). I attach more information about the exhibitions. This is a very important role – Engagement Volunteers welcome visitors and help them to engage with the exhibitions, as well as being vigilant of security.

If you know anyone that might be interested, or want to get involved yourself then we are holding some Volunteer Recruitment Afternoons next week where there will be a talk by Joyce Paesen, the Exhibitions Officer, and Adrian Green, the Director, about the two exhibitions. There will also be tea and cake and a chance to talk to staff. The Volunteer Recruitment Afternoons are on:

Tuesday 8 March 2-4pm
Saturday 12 March 2-4pm
Please do RSVP to myself if you know of anyone that would like to come along, or call 01722 332151.
Thank you for your help.
