I have managed to add the links to the U3A Facebook and Twitter accounts on the top level menu page.
These can be quite interesting. AND you do not have to have an account.
You will find 2 of my videos from my visit to Nottingham University U3A Network meeting.
Also I found photos I sent a while ago from my DI Plus group.

Yoga Class

Following the article in Sources Summer 2018 about the benefits of Yoga a member has asked if a Yoga group could be set up.
Peter Barton is the National Subject Adviser on this topic and he has produced an informative set of notes that is on the main U3A site.
His email address is yoga4thethirdage@gmail.com
This can be read from HERE. Open this page and click on the VIEW button.
Clearly we shall need a leader preferably on who has had experience of Yoga. Can we have a volunteer please?
Quoting from Mr Barton's article "Other kinds of movement can maintain bone density and even build it." Thus reducing the Osteoporosis risk.
