A
“Sparkling Wine Tasting Experience” starts in the brand new flat
screen cinema. Learn about the geology and history of the estate and
experience the changes in the vineyard through the seasons and
appreciate the wine making process from vine to bottle. This is
followed by a “Winery Walking Tour” passing through the working
winery with a full commentary from Denbies Wine Tour Guide we will
see the equipment used in today’s wine production with particular
emphasis on the sparkling
disgorging
line installed in 2013. The journey ends in the atmospheric Denbies
cellars where we will be guided through a tasting of three of their
award winning sparkling wines. There are two restaurants on site, The
Conservatory Restaurant (self service) for full refreshments and
coffee and The Gallery Restaurant (a la carte).
