Cafe Scientifique Talk Tuesday 11th Oct

Just an early reminder that our next meeting is on Tuesday 11th October. This is because the Stonehenge Enquiry is being held in the Rugby Club.

This will be Prof Chris Rhodes second visit to Salisbury Café Scientifique and he will be asking
"What Happens When we Run Out of Oil?".

Professor Chris Rhodes is Director of Fresh-lands Environmental Actions and is based in Reading.

He has written numerous scientific articles and recently published his first novel (, a black comedy on the disintegration of the British university system. The subject of the talk is of course highly topical and will remain so as cheap oil reserves become relentlessly depleted, changing the face of
the modern world.
